The weather may be getting colder, but the chili will be hot!

The library is excited to present the 11th Annual Chili Cook-Off on Thursday, November 8th from 3-4pm in the Miller Information Commons. 

The Chili Cook-Off is a longstanding library tradition beloved by many at Champlain College. Each fall, faculty and staff members enter their homemade chili to be judged by a panel comprised of a student leader, a former cook-off winner, and Sodexo’s head chef. Prizes have traditionally been awarded for Judge’s Choice, Best Vegetarian, and People’s Choice. In honor of 11 years of successful cook-offs, we have 11 entries this year!

Come join us in the 1st floor Tower Room to eat FREE chili and cast your vote for People’s Choice! Tasting begins at 3pm!
