Hello! My name is Azalea Shanti, and I am a sophomore working at the Miller Information Center (MIC). This library is such a wonderful place, and I would love to share it with you all! Champlain Weekend is just around the corner, and this could be the perfect time to explore all that the library has to offer!
Puzzles, Games, and More!
While it is true that the library has a plethora of both print and online books, we have so much more available. Do you need access to technology? Do you want to watch a movie? Or do you want to relax and play some games with friends? Just stop by the front desk and check out what is available!
- Drawing tablets
- Computers
- Computer mouse
- Headphones
- DVDs
- Puzzles
- Games
- And more!
Study Rooms
We have study rooms at your disposal! In my humble opinion, we have some of the best study spots on campus! There are solo/smaller rooms available in the basement, and there are also some bigger rooms open to booking on the second and third floors.

Highlighted study spots:
- 1st floor behind the bookshelves
- 2nd floor computers
- The windowsill study spots on the 2nd and 3rd floors
- Study rooms 302, 308, and 309
In my opinion, study room 309 is one of the best study spots on campus! The Vista Room and patio on the third floor have some incredible views; make sure to check them out. There are also massage chairs available on the second floor in the Tower Room.
Student Success Center
And then, of course, the library is here as an academic support center. We host a variety of resources located on the second floor of the library:
- Office of Accessibility
- Academic Coaching and Peer Tutoring
- Office of the Registrar
- Writing Center
Here at the Miller Information Center, we pride ourselves on providing our students with access to the support they may need.
We hope to see you at the 2026 Champlain Weekend. Stop by and say hi!
